Happy National Stress Awareness Day

Just in case you had forgotten to be stressed.

If you haven't noticed, stressed is 'desserts' backwards.  So to undo the stress you should probably go and eat something with chocolate and ice cream.

I personally don't really like chocolate or ice cream, which is probably why I suffer from such crippling episodes of stress.
